Project context

Problem: Cloud teams had to assemble many services before they could deploy.
My decision: I led the catalog and onboarding workstreams, connecting diagrams, configuration and code.
Tradeoff: When the onboarding team was reduced, I protected the core journeys and deferred advanced customization.
Shipped result: The catalog made certified architectures deployable in 30 minutes.
