Across 8 industries ## From choosing an architecture to getting started. Problem: Cloud teams had to assemble many services before they could deploy. Decision: I led the catalog and onboarding workstreams, connecting diagrams, configuration and code. Tradeoff: When the onboarding team was reduced, I protected the core journeys and deferred advanced customization.
